Senior work, without the agency nonsense.
Six people, no timesheets in six-minute increments, and no pitching for free. You will talk to clients directly, own your work end to end, and go home.
What it is actually like.
A small studio means a lot of autonomy and nowhere to hide. You will be the most senior person on your discipline in most rooms, presenting your own work and answering for it directly rather than through an account manager.
It also means variety. Nobody here works on one thing for a year. Most people touch three or four client projects a quarter across different sectors.
We do not do all-nighters as a habit. When a launch needs a late evening we say so in advance, and it is followed by time back. If that becomes routine, we treat it as a scoping failure on our side, not a commitment problem on yours.
And we do not pitch for free. Speculative creative work devalues the craft and burns the people who make it.
What comes with it.
Open roles.
Five positions. Select one to read the full description and apply.
Write to us anyway.
We keep a short list of people we would hire when the work arrives. Tell us what you do and show us something you made.

Four steps, about three weeks, and you hear back either way at every stage.
- Step 01
Application
A short form and a link to your work. No cover letter required, no personality quiz, and we do not ask for your current salary.
- Step 02
Conversation
Forty-five minutes with the discipline lead, walking through something you have made. The salary band is shared here, before anything else.
- Step 03
Paid exercise
A short, realistic task, paid at your day rate. It is deliberately small and we never use the output on client work.
- Step 04
Studio visit
Meet the whole team, ask us the hard questions, then an offer within two working days. Remote candidates do this on a call.
You will own the front-end on two or three client builds at a time, from component architecture through to the handover recording that the client's own team will rely on.
What you will own
- Component architecture and the shared design-system implementation across projects
- Performance and accessibility budgets, including the CI checks that enforce them
- CMS modelling in Sanity, Storyblok or Craft, shaped around how the client's editors actually write
- Handover: documentation, walkthrough recording, and the first weeks of support
What we are looking for
- Five or more years building production front-ends, at least two of them client-side agency work
- Deep, unfashionable CSS knowledge — layout, cascade, containment — not just a utility framework
- Genuine accessibility practice: you have tested with a keyboard and a screen reader, not just run an automated audit
- Comfort explaining a technical trade-off to a marketing director without condescending
Useful, not essential
- Experience with Shopify Hydrogen or a headless commerce stack
- Some design sensibility — you notice when a spacing scale is wrong
- Written or spoken Cantonese or Mandarin
Salary
We publish a band with every offer conversation and we do not ask for your current salary. The band for this role is set against the Hong Kong market and shared at first interview.
Interface design across client projects, working in the browser against real content, with the engineer who will build it sitting close enough to argue with.
What you will own
- Interface design from wireframe to production spec across web and commerce projects
- Design system contributions: tokens, components and the usage rules that keep them honest
- Every state, including empty, loading, error and too-much-content
- Presenting and defending design decisions directly to clients
What we are looking for
- Four or more years in product or digital design with shipped work you can walk us through
- You design with real copy and real data, and you can say why a layout works rather than that it feels right
- Fluency in a modern design tool plus enough HTML and CSS to know what you are asking for
- Accessibility considered from the wireframe, not bolted on at review
Useful, not essential
- Motion design or prototyping beyond basic transitions
- Brand identity experience
- A portfolio with at least one project that did not go to plan, and what you learned

Technical search work on multi-market sites, plus the content strategy that sits on top of it. You will be the second search person in the studio and will shape how we run the discipline.
What you will own
- Technical audits, crawl and index diagnostics, and site architecture recommendations
- International targeting: hreflang, domain structure and market-level content planning
- Migration protection on replatform projects, including redirect mapping and monitoring
- Monthly client reporting written in plain language, including the months that go badly
What we are looking for
- Four or more years in SEO with real technical depth — you have read log files, not just dashboards
- Experience with multi-market or multi-language sites and the specific ways they break
- The judgement to tell a client that a tactic is obsolete, and the evidence to back it
- Comfortable working asynchronously and writing things down
Useful, not essential
- Working knowledge of a scripting language for data work
- Experience in a market outside your home one
- Familiarity with Shopify or a headless commerce platform

Running paid search and paid social for a small number of accounts, measured against contribution margin rather than reported return on ad spend.
What you will own
- Day-to-day management and optimisation of paid search and paid social accounts
- Measurement setup: server-side tracking, consent handling and incrementality testing
- Creative testing calendars, written with a hypothesis per concept
- Budget scenario planning, including recommending a client spends less when that is the truth
What we are looking for
- Three or more years managing significant paid budgets, agency or in-house
- You can explain the difference between reported and incremental return without hand-waving
- Hands-on in the platforms — this is not a role that only reviews reports
- Willingness to present an uncomfortable number to a client and stand behind it
Useful, not essential
- Marketplace media experience (Shopee, Lazada or Amazon)
- Analytics implementation skills
- Regional experience across more than one Asian market

Producing social and campaign content inside brand systems we have built, and helping define the motion principles that keep it coherent.
What you will own
- Short-form video and animated content for paid social and organic channels
- Template systems that let client teams produce on-brand work without us
- Motion principles documented alongside the visual identity
- Working directly with the performance team on what the creative data is saying
What we are looking for
- Three or more years producing motion and social content, ideally client-side or agency
- A reel that shows range across brands rather than one signature style
- Fluency with an industry-standard motion toolset and efficient file organisation
- Understanding of how creative performs differently by placement
Useful, not essential
- Illustration or 3D capability
- Experience designing for vertical video first
- Sound design basics
